She paid attention to details, understood the importance of being on time and did whatever was asked of her even if it was not her job responsibility.
Sanne was very eager to learn how other departments performed their jobs as well, and how these separate contributions informed the entire film. This curiosity to know everything that occurs on a set is what makes a good Coordinator. And she does have higher aspirations.
